Internal Telesales Executive required for a busy service company in Holborn.
The role will involve contacting new B2B clients via proactive outbound calling, contacting existing clients to upsell and cross sell and also reaching out to lapsed/dormant customers.
Duties will also involve management of the CRM system, taking inbound calls and dealing with all customer related enquiries, contract management and sales reporting
Hours of work are 8.45am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
The company has a vibrant and busy sales office with an exciting buzz and the role will suit a candidate who has previous telesales/telemarketing experience. Somebody who is professional and able build rapport and somebody who is money and target driven.
Basic starting salary is 25k, rising up to around 34k. There is also an excellent commission scheme with earnings of approx another 10k.
