Our client is a busy and long established transportation/logistics company based in Trafford Park, Manchester and due to continued success they have an immediate vacancy for a Telesales Executive.
The role will involve the following:
1) Acquire potential sales leads through web research and resources readily made available by the company.
2) Conduct an absolute minimum of 80 cold calls per day
3) Obtain at least 16 quality appointments per week for the field sales representatives.
4) Maintain an excellent relationship with existing customers through routine service calls.
5) Preparation of sales administration reports.
6) General administrative duties.
Candidates applying for this position must have previous experience in telesales or telemarketing be used to pro-active outbound cold calling and be used to working to set targets and KPI’s. Good IT skills will also be required as is a good level of written and verbal communication.
