Our client is an expanding educational company focused on entrepreneurship that has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Telesales Executive.
You will be working with their marketing/advertising team to help generate new business and growth for the education courses offered by the company. All leads provided will be individuals who have actively enquired about our training programs.
Join their dynamic team trained to target entrepreneurs interested in significantly improving their capabilities across entrepreneurship. This educational program is created and led by highly successful British entrepreneur.
The role will involve:
1) Using 250 highly targeted leads to carry out B2C telesales using CRM database.
2) Ability to handle a large volume of networking and lead generation while following through on established leads
3) Uphold the standards, policies and procedures, especially when interacting with customers
4) Become an expert in all Entrepreneur Seminar products and services
5) Build and sustain a growing sales pipeline
6) Create and implement effective sales techniques to convert sales opportunities with a high
rate of efficiency
● Bachelor’s Degree required
● Minimum of 5-year track record of success in outbound phone sales
● Proven track record selling services over the phone, preferably in the Education/Business
● Results-driven whilst remaining customer-focused
● Proven track-record of high conversions
● Experience in a short sell cycle is highly preferred – an ability to two-call close
● Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
● Self-starter who is accustomed to lead generation
● Highly proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Drive (Docs, Sheets)
