Job Description

Our long established client based in Epping have an immediate vacancy for a Sales Administrator.

The role will involve providing administrative and customer service support to the sales team.
Duties will involve the following:
1) Preparation of sales contracts and submitting orders for processing.
2) To provide administrative support to the sales team.
3) Answer telephone enquiries.
4) Assist customers select the right products based on their requirements.
5) Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their products and purchases.
6) Assist in promoting special offers.
7) Handling of customer complaints and passing onto management.
8) Develop knowledge of products by observing the sales team.
9) day to day administration duties.
Hours of work are 8.30am to 6pm
Candidates applying for this role should have previous experience within a Sales Administration role or Sales Co-ordinator role, have excellent Microsoft Office skills. It is important that candidates also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and that they are confident and able to work at a fast pace.
