Job Description

Our client is a very successful three branch specialist healthcare recruitment company. They have grown rapidly over the past few years and they now require a Branch Manager to manage their Birmingham Office.

The role will involve total management of the office and four Consultant’s where you will motivate, mentor and ensure all training and KPI’s are met.
This will also be a self billing role where you will lead from example and develop your own new and existing business. You will be highly motivated, extremely driven and be able to push teams to maximise sales and recruitment.
Candidates applying for this role must have a proven background in recruitment of any discipline, experience managing would be beneficial but we are happy to look at Consultants who are ready for the next.
There will be a basic salary of around 25k with high earnings of around 60k. There will also be excellent promotion opportunities within the group for the right candidate.
