We are delighted to be working as sole agents for our international based food company.
The company is one of the largest and modern milk processing companies based overseas which has been established for nearly 100 years. Their expertise and original recipes allow them to offer milk products of the highest quality and they currently produce and sell milk products with over 200 names to over 40 countries. Products produced included specialist Cheese Ranges, Yogurts, Drinks, Chocolate, Cheese Kurt, etc etc.
Due to continued and rapid development in Europe they now have an immediate position for a Key Account Manager to be based from their South London offices. The role will be involve key account management and business development (50/50 split) with multiple and independent UK based food retailers/supermarkets and cash and carries.
The role will be office based 2/3 days per week with the remaining time being spend out in the field across the UK visiting retailers and buyers. You will also visit the Global Headquarters overseas two or three times a year for training and sales meetings.
Candidates applying for this role should have strong sales/account management experience within the food sector, have excellent contacts with Buyers’ within the multiple and independent food retailers and be used to category management. We are interested in speaking to candidates from any drinks or food category who deal with maximising product lines/volumes within key retailers and who are new product placement.
