Customer Service Administrator (German Speaker) required for our global agricultural equipment client.
Working for this global company you will be an integral part of the administration and marketing team.
Duties will include:
1) Order processing
2) Contract management
3) Dealer management
4) Maintenance of the CRM system
5) Marketing Co-ordination
6) Marketing exhibition organisation
7) Despatch of equipment
8) Update of marketing collateral
10 Reconciliation of consumables
11) Handling of contracts
12) Conversing with overseas clients
13 General day to day administration
Candidates applying for this role should be fluent in German be highly organised and have excellent administration skills, high level experience with MS Office is also essential.
It would suit someone who is methodical and someone who is able to work unsupervised in a very busy office.
