An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager with our 50 year old client who are niche manufacturers of high performance electro-mechanical and inductive components.
The role will involve identifying and building new business relationships with OEM’s in the military, aerospace, rail, medical and industrial markets.
Working alongside the existing sales team you will identify, influence and develop business by positioning the companies catalogue products to key decision makers. You will also offer customer needs based solutions by expertly demonstrating the diverse and autonomous in-house manufacturing and engineering capabilities.
Candidates applying for this role should have exceptional consultative sales skills and be used to dealing with clients in the military, aerospace or rail sectors. Experience in the electronic component sector would be advantageous as would knowledge of the connector and inductive market.
