We are pleased to be working with one of the UK’s leading water treatment companies and we are looking to recruit an immediate role for a Business Development Manager.
As a company they offer a full range of water treatments including: Reverse Osmosis, Legionella Risk Assessments, Boiler Water Treatment, Cooling Water Treatment, Closed Systems, Legionella Shower Filters, Water Softeners and general Water Treatment.
The role will involve selling to end users such as Schools, Hospitals, Facilities Management Companies, Manufacturers, Hotels etc. You will cover mainly the London and surrounding M25 areas with occasional work in the home counties and South West.
The Business Development position will involve 80% new business generation and 20% existing business where you will work to develop existing accounts. It will be a home based role where you will be out in the field sitting on average two appointments per day with new and existing clients, there will then be one morning per week which will be spent in the office.
Communicating and building relationships with senior decision makers will be key to the role, and you will work to sell a range of water treatment solutions depending on the type of client and type of building.
Candidates applying for this role should have a proven sales background within the water treatment sector where you have worked to develop new business with end users. Sales experience within the filtration or HVAC sectors will also be considered.
