Our client is a leading supplier of Agricultural products who have been supplying the trade for over 30 years. Due to continued success they have an immediate vacancy for an Area Manager to cover the North of the country and Scotland.
The role will involve dealing with both new and existing trade customers where you will up sell/cross sell and open new accounts. Territory planning on 8/9 weekly cycles across your territory will be key as will ensuring that all new leads and enquiries are followed up and potential customers are visited.
Duties will also involve maintenance of the CRM, printing of prices/terms for catalogues, delivery of point of sales material and demonstration of products and equipment.
The position offers a good salary of 30k along with potential achievable bonus of approx another 35%, car, laptop, expenses and benefits.
Candidates applying for this role should have a proven field sales background, be used to working autonomously and be used to open new accounts/servicing existing accounts.
